The second component needed is a way to store the data, and there are many options to do. BCC Software will review the options that our Customer Support team has tried and can recommend.
Top three overlooked data quality tools that reduce UAA mail
Over four billion pieces of mail each year are destroyed by the USPS due to bad address quality. Make sure your mailpieces don’t end up in the USPS waste bucket.
Now that the USPS® is releasing labeling lists on a monthly schedule, BCC Software has made enhancements to the BCC Mail Manager™ program to handle the new monthly tables.
Would you like to be able to track your mail as well as get address corrections? Maybe you have a customer that has requested tracking? BCC Mail Manager has that ability included when using our Track N Trace® product.
What does that mean for you? With the release of BCC Mail Manager version 03.05 21.01, mailers should now see FSS and FSSF containers as part of their presort output. Flats that are prepared following FSS regulations are no longer separated into Carrier Route or 5-Digit bundles, and instead are sorted into FSS bundles.
