Over the last few months, BCC Software has been working on improvements to the NCOALink matching services to deal with new scenarios that have been identified by customers due to the availability of the Mailer Scorecard, and the detail it provides on Move Update compliance errors.
Customers with NCOALink® Flat Rate subscriptions, or customers using any BCC Software products for on-site NCOALink processing, will now see some new and promising results.

In BCC Mail Manager™ version 03.11.38.22, the first two of said improvements were released to customers and to the Data Marketing Services processing servers that handle extraneous name information.
In the future, there will be the addition of matching for household, like “The Smith Household,” for example, as well as some refinements to how business matching is made.
BCC Software’s main goal is to make sure that you have the best quality data, and we are working tirelessly to deliver on that vision.
