Our Customer Support team is comprised of experts with a complex knowledge of not only BCC Software solutions, but of the mailstream and USPS® regulations as well. Each Customer Support team member is USPS® Mailpiece Design Certified, the only mailpiece design certification program approved by the U.S. Postal Service®. Customer Support is available from 8:00am EST to 7:00pm EST Monday through Friday.
