BCC Software, originally Business Computer Center, Inc., was founded by Jon Runstrom. As pioneers in the industry, our first major project was developing a mailing list program for a Chicago area trade association. Ever since, BCC Software has devoted its talent, energies, and people power to creating game-changing mailing software and data quality services.
BCC Software was acquired by Bell and Howell, which oversaw the business and supported our growth in the postal software industry.
Chris Lien joined the company as Executive Vice President of Industry Affairs. He has been guiding the team with his deep expertise in the postal industry.
BCC Software was spun off into an independent company, allowing us greater flexibility and focus on innovation.
BCC Software was acquired by Thompson Street Capital Partners, bringing new resources and strategic support.
In January, BCC Software acquired Satori Software® from Quadient®, a division of Neopost. This included all former Satori Software products, such as Bulk Mailer®, Architect, Ignite, and Monticello, which was rebranded to BCC Post-Presort after the acquisition.
