BCC Software Unveils Architect Reach™ at InfoXchange User Conference

Chicago, Illinois – August 14, 2024 – BCC Software, the leader in postal software solutions, is excited to announce the launch of Architect Reach, its new cloud postal preparation API solution, which was unveiled to select customers at the InfoXchange user group conference in Chicago, Illinois this August.
  • Architect Reach is a cloud-based solution for Presort and CASS processing, built on the trusted BCC Architect platform
  • The cloud solution eliminates the need for on-premise software installation and update burdens
  • It is also compatible with BCC Track N Trace®, BCC Software’s implementation of the USPS Informed Visibility service

The new offering is now available to all BCC Software customers.

About Architect Reach 

Architect Reach is a cloud-based postal presorting solution that performs CASS processing directly through BCC Software’s presort web services. It eliminates the need for on-premise software installation and update burdens, making it accessible as a service from anywhere using a secure connection to servers hosted in a SOC 2-compliant data center. 

Key features of Architect Reach include: 

  • No Local Installation: Eliminates on-premise software installation and simplifies the maintenance of up-to-date USPS® postal data. 
  • Easy Implementation: Scaling and integration with existing processes via the RESTful API architecture. 
  • Adaptive Pricing: Flexible volume-based pricing to meet your business’s needs. 
  • Compliant and Secure: Access from anywhere with an internet connection to BCC Software’s servers in a SOC 2 compliant data center.

Architect Reach offers PAVE™ Certified Postal Presorting for First-Class and Marketing Mail, drop shipping setup, Full-Service Intelligent Mail Barcoding® (IMb) & Intelligent Mail Package Barcoding® (IMpb), mail tracking, Mail.dat generation, mixed weight manifesting, and palletization. 

Additional services include: 

  • Mail Tracking: Easily add BCC Track N Trace®, BCC Software’s implementation of the USPS Informed Visibility service using a fully functional Mail Tracking and reporting web portal. 
  • Centroid Geocoding & Residential Delivery Indicator (RDI): Location-based sorting using Centroid Geocoding and Residential Delivery Indicator.
